In June I spent two weeks at a friend’s house in Venice. One evening we were invited to a small masked ball that has been organized by some of her friends and this was my manicure for the occasion 🙂 I love Italy and I love balls and therefore I wanted a very special look for my nails! The manicure does not quite look like a neon manicure but since I used a lot of neon polishes to create it I guess it qualifies for My Neon Summer-Series 😉
First I painted all my nails white. Then I made a water marble design (polishes see below) for my pointer and ring finger. After it had dried I applied China Glaze Fairy Dust. On my thumb, middle finger and pinkie I randomly sponged on many different polishes and then added a coat of Lynnderella Pentimento, a very beautiful polish with a huge variety of glitter in many different colors (including white!) and shapes. The manicure was perfect for the masked ball and I wore it for the rest of my stay in Venice! 🙂
