Im Herbst 2008 brachte OPI mit seiner La Collection De France den limitierten und nach wie vor heiß begehrten graulila Lack Parlez-vous OPI? heraus. Natürlich ist er nach wie vor auf ebay erhältlich, allerdings zu beängstigenden Preisen. Alle meine finanziellen Vorbehalte über Bord werfend habe ich ihn mir vor etwa zwei Wochen bestellt und jetzt ist er da! 🙂 Gleichzeitig habe ich gewusst, dass OPI’s Miss Universe 2013 Collection ebenfalls einen graulila Lack – OPI I’m Feeling Sashy – enthalten wird und als ich ihn letzte Woche in einem Geschäft entdeckt habe, war es mir unmöglich zu widerstehen. Man kann niemals zu viele graulila Lacke haben, oder? Ich kann euch sagen, das Leben ist nicht dasselbe wie vorher 😉

In Fall 2008 OPI released the limited and still highly sought-after grayish lilac polish Parlez-vous OPI? as part of its La Collection De France. Of course it’s still available someplace on ebay, however, at frightening prices. Two weeks ago I threw away all my financial concerns and ordered it and now it’s here! 🙂 At the same time I knew that OPI’s Miss Universe Collection 2013 would also include a dusty lilac – OPI I’m Feeling Sashy – and when I spotted the polish last week in a store I just couldn’t resist. One can never have too many grayish lilac polishes, right? I tell you life’s not the same as before 😉

Auf Zeige- und Ringfinger trage ich 2 Schichten Parlez-vous OPI? und auf Mittelfinger und kleinem Finger 2 Schichten OPI I’m Feeling Sashy. Obwohl meine Fotos einen doch deutlichen Farbunterschied zeigen, habe ich ziemlich aufpassen müssen, um die Flaschen während des Lackierens nicht zu vertauschen 🙂 OPI I’m Feeling Sashy ist eine Spur dunkler und wärmer im Farbton, während Parlez-vous OPI? stärker in Richtung Grau tendiert. Ich finde beide Farben wunderschön, aber wenn ich wählen müsste (oh Graus!), würde ich mich vermutlich für Parlez-vous OPI? entscheiden 🙂

On pointer and ring I’m wearing 2 coats of Parlez-vous OPI? and on middle and pinkie 2 coats of OPI I’m Feeling Sashy. Although my pics clearly show a color difference I had to pay good attention not to accidentally mix up the two bottles 🙂 I’m Feeling Sashy is a tad darker and warmer in color while Parlez-vous OPI? leans stronger towards gray. Both colors are incredibly beautiful but if I had to choose (oh the horror!) I would probably go for Parlez-vous OPI? 🙂
