OPI hat mit der Brazil Collection auch 4 Liquid Sand-Lacke herausgebracht, allerdings nur als Miniset, was ich persönlich recht komisch finde. Meine Theorie ist, dass OPI sich nicht sicher war (!?!), ob nach wie vor eine Nachfrage nach weiteren Texture-Lacken bestehen würde und darum wurde a) genau gar keine Anstrengung in die Auswahl der Farben investiert (die Farben sind hübsch, aber nichts besonderes) und b) der Absatz auf die Minisets beschränkt (was eine direkte Folge von a sein könnte). Habt ihr auch eine Theorie dazu? 🙂

OPI also released 4 Liquid Sand polishes as part of the Brazil Collection, however, only as mini sets which is somehow weird in my opinion. My theory is that OPI wasn’t quite sure (!?!) if there would still be a demand for yet another set of textured polishes and so they decided to a) put zero effort in the choice of colors (they are pretty but far far away from being unique) and b) release them only as minis (which might also result from a). What’s your theory? 🙂

• Zeigefinger / index: OPI What’s A Little Rain Forest?
• Mittelfinger / middle: OPI I’m Brazil Nuts Over You
• Ringfinger / ring: OPI You’re So Flippy Floppy
• Kleiner Finger / pinkie: OPI Samba-dy Loves Purple

Die Konsistenz war bei allen vier Lacken sehr gut und das Auftragen hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Sie sind durchscheinender als manch andere Liquid Sands von OPI und ich habe 3 Schichten gebraucht um vollständige Deckkraft zu erreichen. Die Lacke trocknen zu einem sehr feinkörnigen Finish.

The formula was very good on all of the 4 polishes. Application was flawless. They are a little bit sheer, so I needed 3 coats to get them fully opaque. The polishes dry to a very fine-grained finish.
