Seit OPI Can’t Find My Czechbook bin ich verrückt nach hellblauen Lacken und Essie I’m Addicted aus der neuen Too Taboo Collection hat meine Sucht noch weiter angeheizt 😉
Since OPI Can’t Find My Czechbook I have been absolutely crazy for light blue polishes and Essie I’m Addicted from the new Too Taboo Collection encourages my addiction even more 😉
Essie I’m Addicted ist ein strahlender, Swimmingpool-blauer Cremelack. Besser könnte eine Farbe gar nicht zu einem heißen Sommer passen! Ich liebe diesen Lack und habe ihn auch nach mehrtägigem Tragen nur widerwillig entfernt 🙂 Auftrag und Deckkraft waren gut und 2 Schichten haben völlig ausgereicht. Der Lack würde über einem weißen Untergrund, wie von Essie vorgeschlagen, auch nicht anders aussehen – abgesehen davon, dass mir diese White-Base-Empfehlungen unfassbar auf die Nerven gehen und ich einen Lack eher gar nicht tragen würde als diesem Tipp zu folgen. I’m Addicted ist nicht wirklich eine Neonfarbe (ebenso wenig wie Essie Serial Shopper und Essie Chills & Thrills), aber wenn man bedenkt, dass Blautöne generell nicht wirklich gut in Neonfarben verwandelt werden können, ist I’m Addicted sehr gut gelungen. Der Lack trocknet zu einem halbmatten Finish. Ich habe 2 Schichten mit Top Coat verwendet.
Essie I’m Addicted is a bright, swimming pool blue creme. This polish is just drop-dead gorgeous! I wore it for a couple of days and was reluctant to take it off which happens very rarely to me 🙂 I had no issues with application and it was perfectly opaque in 2 coats. Applying it over a white base as suggested by Essie wouldn’t make any difference – apart from the fact that the white-base-recommendations annoy me indefinitely and I would rather not wear a polish at all than following this tip. I’m Addicted is not exactly neon just like Essie Serial Shopper and Essie Chills & Thrills but considering that blue in general is a difficult color to turn neon, Essie did a great job here. The polish dries to a semi-matte finish. I used 2 coats including Top Coat.

Kaufen würde ich ihn wohl nicht, aber schön ist er alle male. 🙂 Ich habe einen ähnlichen von Kiko, den ich gerne mit Pink kombiniere.

Das blau ist einfach toll! Ich liebe blau ja eh total und deshalb war es klar das ich mir I´m addicted auch noch kaufen musste 😀

Ich bin auch noch immer ganz begeistert von dieser Farbe! Und wenn man Blau generell mag, dann darf man diesen Lack wirklich nicht auslassen 😉
