Letzte Woche habe ich euch einen beinahe schwarzen Chanel-Lack gezeigt und heute springen wir zum exakten Gegenteil, also in Richtung beinahe Weiß: Chanel Pearl Drop.

Last week I showed you something almost black and today we’re gonna jump precisely in the opposite direction, towards something almost white: Chanel Pearl Drop.

Chanel Pearl Drop ist ein cremefarbener Perlmuttlack mit goldenem Schimmer. Er ist im Frühjahr 2011 herausgekommen und ich habe ihn damals ziemlich oft getragen. Der Lack hinterlässt Pinselstriche auf den Nägeln und man braucht 3 Schichten für halbwegs gescheite Deckkraft – das hat mich aber offenbar nicht gestört. Heute tut es das schon 🙂 Trotzdem (oder deshalb?) vermittelt der Lack für mich irgendeine Art von coolem Retro-Feeling.

Chanel Pearl Drop is a creme colored, pearly polish with a golden shimmer. It was released in spring 2011 and I wore it quite often back then. It applies streaky and you need 3 coats for decent opacity but I didn’t mind that. Now I do 🙂 But there’s some kind of cool retro vibe to this shade.
