I hope you’re not already sick of me talking about Ultra Chrome Flakies but I just HAVE TO show you another beauty in this finish! I’m talking about ILNP Glory. It was part of the ILNP fall collection and it is indeed the perfect fall polish! ILNP Glory shifts from red to copper to gold and even to chartreuse at extreme angles.

I started out with 2 coats of ILNP Greatness, a multichrome with the same color shift as ILNP Glory. I wanted to have a matching base for Glory in order to avoid applying too many coats of the flakies, but this concept backfired a little. After 2 coats of Greatness I still needed 3 additional coats of Glory to make the manicure look good. And this brings me to the downside of Glory: The flakies are sparser than in other ultra chrome flakies, which means you need a lot of coats for decent coverage 😦
