I am absolutely crazy for red and green glitter polishes for the holidays. I’ve just been thinking about what exactly triggered this craziness. The very first red/green glitter polish I bought was KBShimmer Wrappers Delight – oh my god, I love the name!!! – followed by Polish Me Silly Ho Ho Holidays. Then KBShimmer Kringle All The Way happened but it wasn’t until I watched Miss Hollyberries’ Top 10 Holiday Polishes when I finally fell into the red and green glitter combo mania. She mentioned the one and only China Glaze cult classic that isn’t available anymore and nowhere to be found: Party Hearty. *sigh* How I wish you were mine! Last year I filled the hole in my heart with Sinful Colors Holiday Rebel, which is not an exact dupe but very close. However, I am still restless and keep collecting red/green glitter polishes. One of them is Liquid Sky Lacquer Ribbon Candy which I’m gonna show you today!
Liquid Sky Lacquer Ribbon Candy is a clear base with a mix of red, green and light pink matte glitter in different sizes. I applied 2 coats Ribbon Candy over 2 coats of OPI Put It In Neutral. On the tips I added a little bit of the golden glitter topper China Glaze Bring On The Bubbly.
What’s your favorite red and green glitter topper? Bye pretties! 🙂
