Today I have the ILNP Summer Collection to show you! My God, I’m disturbingly late this time!! But bear in mind that this collection, although lovely, isn’t summery at all and most of the polishes are well suited all year round! 🙂 ILNP released two summer collections this year, each consisting of 6 polishes: the one I am showing you here and the ILNP Summer Shimmers Collection which I didn’t really care for and skipped (for the most part …). Application was amazing with all of the polishes. They are a bit sheer but I don’t mind that.

Interstellar is a teal to indigo multichrome with differently sized holo particles. I love the inclusion of the scattered holo effect in a multichrome but I’m not the biggest fan of this particular color. Also, the color shift isn’t that strong. I prefer this with three coats but I guess you could get away with two! 3 coats + Top Coat

Manor House is a light taupe jelly with scattered holo particles. I wish ILNP would have released many more of these jellies! I admit that I even was kind of upset that they didn’t 😦 Manor House is so pretty and delicate! It will also be great for the transition from summer to fall! 3c + TC

Peachy Queen is a peachy jelly with scattered holo particles and micro gold flakes. At first I didn’t believe that there were indeed gold flakes included in the polish but you can see them pretty well in my macro shot! Love this shade as well! 3c + TC

Private Cabana is a vivid aqua Ultra Metallic which is filled with silver flakes, gold micro-flakes, holographic flakes and green shimmers. The color is very vibrant once on the nail. 2c + TC

Storytelling is a warm dark purple polish with a beautiful pink shimmer, scattered holographic particles and gold flakes. This is exactly what I wanted Chanel Taboo to look like! Taboo has a very similar pink flash but in contrast to Storytelling it gets completely lost on the nail. This will be a fall staple for me this year 🙂 3c + TC

That Other Girl is a sheer rosy-pink base with a crazy amount of holographic and gold flakes. This polish is extraordinary and I will get a backup bottle for sure! 3c + TC

Overall, I like the collection, however, I would have loved to see more bright colors. But oh well, I take what I can get 😉 Thanks so much for stopping by!
